Just thought I would post my center console repaint. I know Bumper Plugs sells a great console but got a used console here on Renn for a good price, got the complete kit of aerosol spray paint from Automotive Touchup including the Plastic Adhesion Promoter, Sandable Primer, Base Coat and Clear coat. Followed their directions including 2 coats of Promoter, 4 coats of Primer, 4 coats of Base and 5 coats of clear (was able to do this with one can of each product). Now looking for a used Radio Bezel.

Wow...! Looks great. It's a lot of work, but probably worth it. How much $ for the paint? This may be a project for next winter for me...

Thanks, A bit of work but did not take as long as others have mentioned on other threads. Spent about 6 hours in sanding (have to get that rubberized coating off) and spent about $45.00 on paint. The painting took another 5 1/2 hours. I also paid $80.00 for a used center console including the ash tray since I did not know how it would work and did not want to ruin mine.
