I have two to mention. And recall that travelling westbound, you gain an hour as you pass between time zones.

I purchased a Honda Blackbird motorcycle in Denver at 1:00PM (local) and arrived back in Los Angeles at 3:00AM the next day. 1,085 miles in 14 hours ride time.

I purchased the Porsche in Nashville at 11:00AM, and drove the 2,100 miles back to LA in 33 hours drive time.

I love me some long drives, or rides.
