We may have more coming soon, we had a set that was supposed to arrive last week that we were going to offer out however that seller only sent us fronts, so we are expecting an other set to arrive next week.

If we can help out we will however please in-box us and we will keep you posted. We may break up the set.

Has anyone heard of a similar issue with BMW, Honda, Mazda or Corvette? I haven’t heard of any.

Hey all, happy holidays. Have been searching the forums but haven't found anything more recent than this so thought I'd refresh this one a bit. Like OP, have a relatively fast leak in my right rear wheel, local shop confirmed a 1 inch crack running from the inside lip of the wheel down along inside of wheel. Lets enough air out that it's flat relatively quickly.

So my question: anyone have experience with repairing an issue like this? Based on this and other threads (and the relatively conservative/"do it right, do it once" approach here) I have seen lots of people advise a cracked wheel is garbage, but thought I'd see if any advances or changes in recent years since this thread?

Alternately, anyone have a rear wheel (or two) they have been wanting out of the garage or shop? I'd even consider a set of 4 (Carerra II or turbo twists). I'm located in the Pacific Northwest.

I have a 2003 C2 Cab with Carerra II 5-spoke 18" stock rims, no track use (yet) needs.

I have seen those wheels from $250-350 shopped on ebay. Dont think i would bother fixing a crack for that price.

One of the reasons I sold my 2017 Grand Sport was due to the cracking and bending problems associated with the rims. So yes, it is a big problem with the GS and Z06 model Corvettes.
