Does someone have a list of all the 996 coolant hoses?
Yes I searched. And the factory parts manual diagram sucks as one cannot relate it to location in the car in many cases other than front/rear. I see a few pictures in the Pelican tech article but it's not complete.
Has anyone put together a definitive list of all the cooling system hoses and clamps on the 996? With part numbers and location? Would be even better with pictures!
Thanks in advance.

Are you looking for a specific hose or replacing the whole system?

This recently happened to me and Asahi was able to point me in the right direction.
Subscribing also because you're right the factory diagrams aren't easy to follow...

I want to drain and flush my entire system. I would like to see where each hose sits relative to the heat soak it gets then decide which ones to replace. I plan to do the water pump and thermostat at the same time.
I have had all the covers off my 21K original mile 996 and most of the hoses look just fine, but some have a softer feel or borderline bulging. So it seems unnecessary to replace them all, but there are so many hoses it would be good to see how many there actually are and where they are all located.
Point is I don't want to do this again for awhile so I'd like to be able to plan it well, and there doesn't seem to be a good resource reference that I have found yet. Hopefully someone has one.

Really? Would you like someone to hold your hand as well?

Not sure you can get a better diagram then (you have) what's been posted. Looks complete to me.

Exactly. Since I have a lift in my garage when I get to doing this project this winter I can take tons of photos and try to make some good diagrams that shows the location and accessibility of each hose, then cross reference them to the part numbers. The problem with the factory diagrams is they don't relate the locations of any of the hoses to other components. The clamps and any hose guides/straps/clips (if broken as they often are) are difficult to figure out from the factory diagrams.
