I'm sorry but not sure a torque wrench will work for this application. After reading the instructions carefully it appears what is needed if a force gauge. Could not find a Porsche certified one but found this on at a reasonable price $495.00 ( see below link). I recommend that if planning on installing bumper plugs you first invest into the proper installation equipment.
