Or the knock sensor right next to the connection Ahsai mentioned (not sure off hand if they're both 2 wire plugs - I'm sure the plugs themselves are different but they may both be 2 conductors). ** it's going to be fun trying to connect it with all the hoses and intake plenum son the way 😲

That's a Bosch EV1 connector. There are only 5 places it can plug into on the engine, other than the fuel injectors. 2 knock sensors, one changeover valve for the SAI, one changeover valve for the intake reasonanace flap, and one evap purge/regeneration valve. The last two are right above the alternator. Did you find all 5 are plugged in?

You may be able to trace it by the color coding -refer to the Wiring Diagram in Bentley
Ahsai is correct -the SAI change over valve has a connector exactly like that - with the wire clip. There are others of course with the same design.

I just went through the task of swapping a harness from a 99 motor onto a 2000 motor. I know that I had that plugged vacuum line, and for some reason, I think there was a random plug not being used when I did the swap. It being for an automatic would jive, since both cars I was working from were sticks.
