996 top support broken, help!

996 top support broken, help!
My 2002 996 C4 top frame support which links the top frame to the body is broken! The part number is 99756194400 and was discontinued and replaced for 99756194400. I have either to glue it with some kind of super glue or replace it.
Can anybody tell me if this is a diy job and if there is any post about it? Or an tutorial?
