Very confused re: lowered C4S alignment settings
Hey all,
I had my C4S in for an alignment yesterday, and I am hardly pleased wth the results.
Quick background: car is lowered with H&R springs and Bilsteins. Not that it is hugely critical but I also have Tarett sway bars and links. Wheels are stock C4S with 15mm spacers.
The issue is in the rear. The shop got my toe to 0.3 deg total, but my left camber is -3.1 deg and right is -1.3 deg.
According to my searches, although I am lowered, it should be possible to get back to less than -2 deg camber and hold my toe without adjustable toe links or control arms.
Does anyone have any insight on this? Yes I am displeased with the camber variance they left in there...

I'd be happier at -2 deg in the rear without the additional links.
What could be that bent that could lead to over -3 deg in the rear? It started there as well.
What I really don't get is how one side came back in, and the other is out by a mile.

Toe changes affects camber. Post your alignment sheet. Anytime there is something wonky like this I highly recommend having a second alignment done, possibly even at another shop, to verify. But yes, rear toe links are a must if you drop 2"+.

Again - I am all ears...
If it really matters, I did a cut down hockey puck spacer to bring up the lower spring mounts slightly in the rear. Maybe a 1/2".
