No it is one-piece. The chrome is vinyl wrap.

I am either going to buy a 992 or a Portofino next year. I never even considered switching my 996 into a 997 or 991. The 997 especially wasn’t for me. My next door neighbor has a 991.2 and as his neighbor, I find that car loud and obnoxious. Last time I felt the need to upgrade I bought a Ferrari California, but I kept the 996. If I buy a 992 or a Portofino in the next few months, I will still keep my 996 and my naturally aspirated California.

Normally I would agree with you 100% but if you follow the MK1 headlight covers thread you will see that he shows pictures of MY car, with MY HL covers and ask what people think of my design before I ever commented about me selling them. He asked if people want him to make covers with windows for the turn lights, just like mine. I figure if he's gonna show my car and my HL covers, why shouldn't I?
I will refrain from posting anymore but he's not selling any so I thought what the heck. Those 👆 are Boxster fried egg covers. Unless somethings changed he doesnt make those.

Hey Andrew, count me in for your MK1 cover's once you have the final design. I have been patiently following this thread and looking forward to purchasing a set of your covers for my 02 Boxster S. I really like the original design of your MK2 covers, by far the best I have seen. I showed them to my man Ryan at the Porsche dealership and he was totally blown away, nice job!!!!!

Nor is there a requirement to practice proper forum etiquette, I guess. It is clear from post 25 that he is working on a MK1 design.
I have nothing against you offering product for sale, but it should have been done in a separate thread, or better yet, in the classified section.
Also, insulting potential customers is generally not a wise business practice.
