Who makes these wheels? Where are they made? What certifications do they have? They look great in the first photo but the photos of the wheels mounted on the car are either all silver or all black.

Most of the wheels we offer carry either JWL, VIA, very few TUV, some carry more than one but we only offer wheels that have at least one.
