You’re referring to the groove I assume. I’ve seen dimples on rotors that are used to judge rotor wear. I wonder if this is an intentional groove to monitor wear???

Also the grove wont affect performance. I would pull the pads and make sure nothing is stuck in here and just keep using the rotor if they r within spec. The rotor will wear to the grove eventually. No need to waste $ if they still have the correct overall thickness.

Thats not the end of the world.....no need to replace unless the whole rotor(s) have a rig on them.....I would pull the caliper off and get the stone out of it! It's an easy job to do!

Happened on my VW, the head of a sheetrock screw somehow got between the pad & rotor. Plucked the screw out, put it back together, ran for years without a hitch.

Follow that little groove right around to the bottom side of the caliper/pads and you will find something stuck in there....

That brake disk should go on the driver's side...

Amazon today $248 for a pair. Pad looks wrong size, AZ does not say they will fit. Maybe the rotor fits, but the pads in kit don't work, you use original/OEM/aftermarket-brand replacement pads?
YMMV
