Doesn't the faster throttle response makes the car more twitchy to drive? Am I correct to say that all it does is decrease the amount the pedal needs to go down for the throttle valve to open (the ratio between the pedal and throttle valve increased)? The 944 guys do this by replacing the throttle quadrant with that of a smaller diameter.

Those air filters for sure will make the engine even louder than the convert bypass pipe. Not sure if it will add any HP considering where it draws the air from. Many times people associate louder engine to hp increase and drive the car more aggressively just to hear the engine.

i didnt notice any difference in the engine sound with the intake actually but I only drove it quickly last night, its loud with the catless downpipes and the pse exhaust anyway

its a little twitchy at first andit took a few mins to adjust to but you can turn the booster off anyway and then its fine

Its been snowing here so the car is parked in the garage again until I get back from EU in late March

Ordered the Bilstein PSS10 's and cant wait to get those on there for a track day in early April, need to order some new Pads for that.

nice work, they really howl with that setup. Let us know it goes with the tune.

That's not a CIA. Pulls hot air from the engine compartment. The factory setup is a CIA, not this.

I installed a Sprint Booster over a year ago and it's a very noticeable difference. I keep it in the green mode. I found it helped with blipping the throttle for rev matching, too. Turning it off, the car feels sluggish. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did. If you add a tune, like Softronic, it's an even bigger difference in throttle response.

Seems to be true. Put this on my GT3 and other than sound it's a waste of money.

I started my pss 10 install last night, finished one side, it took about 3 hrs I think. Holy crap working on a car that has never been winter driven or seen salt is amazing, everything came off like it was brand new without a hitch ! thats a first lol. Of course now that I say that I probably jinxed myself and the other side will be a nightmare lol.

Installed new strut mounts and bearings, the stock ones were not as bad as I expected but the bump stops were pretty deteriorated.

I didnt adjust the coilover height I left them as they came, the front was lowered 1" which is exactly what i wanted but the rear was only 1/8" so I will need to lower that after I get the other side done

some new hp plus pads for a track day in a couple of weeks

hopefully i will get the other side done tonight

Got the rest finished last night, on setting 5 all around the car is less harsh over bumps etc but turns in better for sure. The front seems to have more grip than before and the rear is more tail happy for sure, I will need to get a little more comfortable before I track it in a couple of weeks lol

hard to tell the tb because i did the plenum, pulley and air intake as well at the same time since i already was back there
From my experience the bigger throttle body gives already a much agile and better gas response.

I think a tune will render the Sprintbooster obsolete. As the e-gas response will be tuned within the ECU. You will get rid of the delay.
Not sure the Sprintbooster will be compatible with a tune as the tuned e-gas signal will be 'amplified' again.

I really wish you would have done some dyno runs before hand and then went back to the same dyno after you were done so we could have some good empirical evidence rather than manufacturers claims and butt dyno anecdotes . :/
