Congrats! So did it involve retiming the cams?

 

Ahsai: Yes I had to retime bank 1, band 2 was spot on. I've concluded that the bank 1 tensioner failed and the cam timing must have jumped due to a backfire on start up...only explanation I can come up with. Glad it jumped to retarded intake timing so no piston/valve interference issues... I always rather be lucky than good! Thanks again for all your help and coaching... Mahalo Mike
