Funny, I had the exact same experience.
I bought my car there ( Huntington) and now do business exclusively with Silver Star. I only wish I bought the car from Silver star in the first place, even though they were a bit more pricy it would have been worth it, just to avoid the frustration.

I tried to schedule my pre purchase inspection with them and it was 2 weeks before they could see me.

Good thing I couldn't take it in.

bought my car from silver star and they've been so great for me. got a boxter as a loner and they tried extra hard to figure out my intermittent A/C problem.

unfortunately after i drove off from the serivce lot, the CEL came on later that day.

I can't see how they are so busy, we were there an entire Saturday and only a couple of people came in? It's really a shame, I bought 2 cars from them since '99. Not a great place for Porsche's reputation.

This was last week Who knows.

The guys I am buying the 996 from(Champion) are warrenting it for 3 months. So I will take it in right away to have her checked up.

Ed Newman was going to check it out but never heard back from him

South Shore has great service as well...Broke a vacuum line when installing my Evo intake.Took care of it under warrenty.Worst service and customer service goes to Legend!
