Karung: On the front license plate deal JI is right there is an OEM cure. Consists of tapered brackets that bolt into the front bumper cover(remove the round plugs I see in your photos) and a backing plate for the plate to attach to. I think I bought mine from Pelican Parts(not expensive) only later to discover the originals in the frunk! Many will say don't run front plates but I try to stay on the right side of state law. The struts are very easy to do. Better than being clocked on the head...just ask my Indi mechanic!
