No specific experience with those coilovers but my understanding from past experience with other brands is that all those cheap 32 way adjustable coilovers are the same garbage. Poor valveing with too much rebound, adjusters that are inconsistent, harsh ride, noisy, etc etc. You get what you pay for. Great for kids who want to slam their cars and say "rides like stock bro!" As their teeth are rattled out of their skull. They provide handling improvements if you only judge handling by lack of body roll.
