I "sent the check" on this car about a month ago - but due to travel schedule and shipping time... just took delivery earlier this week. It was a LONG wait.

bought the car from private party in Oklahoma and it was shipped to Vegas.

The car has Fabspeed headers and exhaust (not mentioned by seller).

I don't have the window sticker - so it's hard to tell what option "999 Special Instructions" is.... one of the guys I know at the local dealer thinks it is the coco brown alcantera headliner.

plans for the car:
1) IMS retrofit
2) remove clear bra + paint correction and detail + reapply full clear bra
3) ceramic tint
4) GT3 Console Delete

totally love the car, 996 C4S has one of the best looking rear ends...congrats

 

Oh my, that's a keeper. WOW! Absolutely love the interior. Barn996 has something similar where several black pieces break up the tan. He has a black steering wheel also, which would look good on your car. Get some guards red bumperettes for the rear from Bumper Plugs.
Love the painted front lip and side skirts too - I need to do that to my car.

I am gonna leave the bumperettes black for now - I like the contrast. I am going to get those plugs in front bumper for license plate bracket painted red.

perhaps the "999 special instructions" were to have the lip and skirts painted to match body color.

jb, 2005 was the crossover year for the 911 and Porsche made a limited number of 996 cars for 2005 along side the 997.
