Default My Check Engine Light and Mass Air Flow Sensor journey

I just put in a MAF, dealer said that was the problem. Do I need to do anything once it is installed? Do I need to drive it for while, before the check engine light will go off?

As always, thanks everyone!

If it was your air flow sensor then after a number of drive cycles the light will go off if the fault is not detected agin. Or disconnect your battery for a few minutes then reconnect. The fault code will still be stored in the DME but the light will go out. Jeff
