Update: I am kicking Meg to the curb. Having the shift **** next to the wheel is awesome, but the deleterious effects of the long-thrown lever pretty much ruined shifting. The shifter works just fine, but Meg can't hold a candle to "normal" short-throw shifters.

Always thought that shifter seemed a little BUTCH

Probably better utilized in a mysterious tent at Burning Man.

If Meg is a significant improvement over stock (is she?), I've got a killer set of TV repair tools that could facelift her. What would you take for her?
