apco extended warranty. any experience with them?

Default apco extended warranty. any experience with them?

i'm researching extended warranties as stop-gap 'insurance' till i trade my in car next year. apco was offered to me, they're owned by ford motor co. which isn't a bad thing.

anyone have mixed or negative experience filling claims with these guys?

APCO is a solid company. I'm in the business and actually work for a competitor, so I wouldn't say that they're the best company , but you don't have to worry about them going out of business or not paying claims. And yes, you're correct, Ford owns them.

The name that they market service contract under is EasyCare. Here's their website: http://www.easycare.com/

I don't think that they sell direct to the public (I'm assuming that's what you're looking for), they only sell their products through auto dealers.

Your best bet for a quality extended service contract is to always go through your local dealer.
