All I did was remove the center console and run the car through the gears(car off and in the garage). Clearly the right cable adjusts throw in reverse. So I marked the cables current position and then disconnected and lengthened the throw by 1/8th of an inch. The car now went into reverse but not well. So I made it another 1/8th longer and all gears worked perfectly on the road test.
The B&M shifter is in a word--great. Well worth the money and it is better made and has a better feel than the UUC shifters that I have used in my BMWs.
