I changed my fuel line vent valve today, and when I was done this sensor was hanging...what is it so I can put it back!
Turns out this is a magnetic switch that fits into the fuel line vent valve, and is held against the filler neck by the plastic vent valve. It isn't mentioned in the Pelican article or video.
