Default Cassette

This storage section obviously has marginal use to be kind. So any common deletes out there or DIY's

If you are referring to the pop out cassette bins under the climate control/above the shifter, you can get open bins/cubbies to replace that for about $30 or so. Check out pelican parts or suncoast parts, etc. Sometimes they show up on ebay too.

Keep in mind that you can actually fit 2 cubbies in the console; there are different PN's for the upper and lower cubbies in that area. The difference is in the shape of the corners on the front trim.

Hope this helps

Default Bins

Thx for the info and I will do my due diligence. There are 6 "cassette trays". Useful storage would be great

WOW...Looks like prices went up!

http://www.suncoastparts.com/product/shelf986.html

Id also check out ECS tuning, etc. Suncoast is a good site to see what things are available, and they are usually pretty good on most prices

$42.92 at ECS Tuning. Since Warehouse33auto.com doesn't carry them, that's where I bought mine a couple of months ago. Just pull out the old one and plug in the new one - 10 second swap.

To remove the cassette bin, open all 4 cassette slots, then with them sticking out, grab them with both hands all 4 at once and gently pull and wiggly pulling outward and the entire bin will slide out.

I got the cubbies and never looked back. I like having the space for shades, stereo remote, phone, wallet - whatever ya got!

Remove the storage cubby and the cassette storage, install GT3 console delete, enjoy extra leg room.
