Reasonable price for 99 C4 cab?
I'm looking at a 99 Carrera 4 cabriolet; the car has 40k miles and is certified by a Porsche dealer, full supple leather option, Litronics, chrome exhaust tips, 18" rims, DSP audio, lumbar on the driver's seat and wood steering wheel, shift **** and brake handle. Color is dark green and interior is savannah beige. It's a clean car, but not perfect; some wear on the soft top, trunk releases badly scuffed on the interior, three of the four rims are nicked, couple of scratches on the paint. Asking price is $60k, which I know is silly -- there are 2001 C4 cabs with less miles out there for that much -- but what is a reasonable number given the car and condition? Thanks ...

I was looking in the spring at 99-00 C4 cabs before settling for an 03 c4 cab. Six months ago, I was finding lower mileage cars for mid 50s. These were not certified by porsche, but it was 6 months ago.

$52.5k is as low as they'll go, certified. The original window sticker was in excess of $101k, the car has leather everything, paint to sample, supple leather ... it's really loaded. But just out of reach for me, unfortunately ...

Rp911,
all these paint to match stuff don't add anything to the resale value and dealer should not factor them in.
I hope you continue to look and get what you want. Life is so short
