Default 245's on the front?

Hi all, does anyone run 245 aspect tires on the front, I am currently running 235 35 19, the tires I am looking at are not available in the correct load rating in that size but are available in 245, just looking for any of you with experience with the 245's on the front.
Thanks

I run 245/40/18 on the front with no issues on a stock M030 suspension setup that is lowered ~1" in the front via strut slotting.

Many factors including suspension geometry and setup are going to determine fitment here.

It looks like the PSS9 drops the car 1-2" depending on setup.

What is the offset and width of your front wheel? Spacers?

I am not near the car right now so not sure of the offset, I do have 7mm spacers on the front and have no issues with contact

Depending on the offset/width of the wheel, which may change my opinion, the 245's should fit.

The clearances on the suspension components and brakes should be fine.

You may run into fender liner rubbing at full lock in either direction, which can be exacerbated by the spacers.

Thanks, I may be able to get the offset later, I didn't think it would be too much of an issue as the difference in tire height and width is really not that much

What's the aspect ratio on the 245? 245/30 probably fits easier than 235/35.

They are 245 35 19, matches the rear for diameter better than 245 30 would.

If it's a c4 than I see why you would care. But a 245/35 19 is much taller than OE. A 245/30 is closer but a little short. For a daily driver I like the look of the taller rear tire (my favorite is 285/35 18 pilot SS) but I don't think it matters if the front is a little shorter than the rear on a c2.
Either way, just turn your wheel lock to lock. Do you have 5mm to spare front, rear and from the fender? If you do your fine.

OEM specs are 18 x 8 50 ET

225/40 18 is the standard size. They are 25.1" tall and about 9.4" wide. Rim range is 7.5 to 9"

235/40 18 is common and is 25.4" tall and 9.5" wide Rim range is 8-9.5"

245/40 18 will be 25.7" tall and 9.8" wide. Rim range is 8-9.5" This is borderline on a lowered car. Some negative camber may need to be dialed in to get proper clearance and the spacers will probably have to be taken off.

245/45 18 will be 26.7" tall and 9.6" wide. Rim range is 7.5"-9" It's doubtful this size will fit.
