Default 996 Track Day New Jersey Lightning Track

Drove it there. Drove the track. Drove it home. Flawless , except when I took a 360 spin, but I blame that on the IMSB

Yes it's a lot of fun. Unfortunately the track was wet on this day which kept speeds down. I'm going back soon to drive it again on a perfectly dry day. I really want to encourage people to take their cars to track days on a road course. It's really fun. You just need to bleed the brakes, change the oil, and bring a helmet (or rent). A stock car on street tires with an amatuer driver will not need any special modifications. The tires will let loose before the car's mechanical limits. Believe me, even the novice / beginner group at New Jersey Motorsports Park goes PLENTY fast for most people. I really don't think anyone leaves thinking "I didn't get to drive fast enough." (except in the rain of course).
