Bernie will force evil, greedy corporations to all use the same bearings in all cars. For fairness.
Kasich will point out that not ONE IMS bearing failed in Ohio when he was governor.
Trump will insist upon a wall between the IMS bearing and the other mechanisms, to prevent unwanted intrusions. And he'll make Porsche pay for it.
Clinton will insist that she can fix this awful IMS mess that, let us point out, occurred during the Bush administrations. After getting a $5 million donation to the Clinton Foundation from Porsche, and nomination of Chelsea to their board: She'll forget all about it. Because, at this point, what difference does it make?
Cruz will point out that the Constitution said nothing about IMS bearings, rendering it off limits to government intrusion.

What does the owner have to say/offer regarding the state of the engine?
Does the engine serial number suggest the engine could be a replacement?
BTW a clean engine doesn't have to mean anything other than than someone cleaned the engine. I cleaned my engine in my Boxster one time and didn't bother to clean the sway bar or other hardware not directly attached to the engine.
How does the engine sound upon cold start and while idling? How does the engine behave with the car on the road being driven as your friend intends to drive the car?
