Default Help With Position light

2002 C4s with 40k on the clock. Car is garaged and recently taken out of hibernation.
I removed my front bumper over the weekend to clean the radiators. That was a success. After that was done I decided to install some led position lights I had but never put in. Installed them and only the driver side bulb worked, put the old lights back in and now the old light is also inoperable on the passengers side.
The headlights work on both, I also recently replaced my battery.
Could I have blown a fuse, at further check my rear light on pass side is also inop when the parking lights are on.
I did search but if I suck at searching like I do changing position bulbs please point me in the right direction.
