Default Aluminum Shifter- Price & Availability?

I have not seen this priced individually - what is the price for a Leather Aluminum Shifter? (As a part, and as an upgrade over a standard shifter)? Is it the same length as a regular shifter? Does it include the aluminum trim piece around the base of the console?

What is a good source for it? Is it easy to install?

Thanks

I purchased the aluminum shifter from suncoast porsche. It does include the aluminum ring around the base as is very easy to install. The aluminum shifter is thicker than the standard one and is shorter in height and in my opinion looks and feels much better. Call Rick at 877-923-1700 and ask about item #99642498115VRJ. Can someone give a detailed description of how to install the shifter? I have really considered getting this but would like to install it myself.
Thanks.

Yeah check out carnewal. They sell just the aluminum trim piece and leather for for about $75 US. It's listed as P96 "horse shoe" for shifter. I'm with Bruce, I'd love to find out how difficult it is to replace.
