Default 1999 Porsche 996 Manual transmission Fluid Level

Hello Everyone ,
I have a dilemma , I am having the manual transmission oil changed on my 1999 996 C2 at a repair shop. There is some confusion regarding recommended fluid level. Pelican parts diy states to fill to 11 mm below the filler hole and other sources states up to filler hole like every other transmission I have ever known. I would like to know what Porsche's factory recommended level states please ?

Thank you ,
Mark

The latter, per Porsche instruction. The document used to be on renntech.org
I've never seen any Porsche literature/service manual mentioning the 11mm.
