For $25k you should pick this car up. If not, post where you found it and someone here will. Most of the things found are normal wear items. Hood shocks (front and rear are normal wear items IMHO as I have replaced them in all the p-cars I have had.) You are getting almost new brakes and new tires? That's your $1200 right there. Motor mounts are an easy DIY and you can pick between OEM or Torque Solutions for $330 or so. If you want peace of mind, buy the car and get the 90k major service. See if the dealer will work with you on the cost of that. You'll get all fresh baseline for all the fluids, plugs, etc, As a price point, I paid $26k for a 2004 C4S Cab with 86k on the clock last month, From a Porsche dealer, who replaced CV boots, lower ball joint, a door wx seal, wiper blades along with an oil change.

Yeah, those are all minor items. With most 12 year old cars, you could frankly make a list a mile long. Motor mounts, trunk shocks and serpentine belt? If that's the stuff the PPI is finding, then move forward with it without doubt.
For one thing, I damn near guarantee that you would have changed the motor mounts in the next year once you read a couple of threads on that topic. According to many, new motor mounts add 50 hp at the rear wheels, turn the transmission into the equivalent of a PDK, increase gas mileage and increase your stamina in bed. Personally I didn't notice a difference when I changed mine, but my stamina has always been good.

Woot woot! Deal closed, the dealer relented and did the motor mounts coolant lines and hood shocks, going to take the bus in and drive it back tomorrow or Saturday while the roads are still clear after our unseasonably springlike weather.
Thanks so much for all of the feedback gentlemen, it's a big help knowing we're not alone.
