Hi all , here's my first pic of my 2002 996 c4. Had it 5 months and loving it, I'm in north wales not far from the Evo triangle so have seen a few great Porsches on their way there , not had any pics sadly.

Welcome and that is a beautiful car. What type of rear wing is that?
Thankyou very much , the kit was on when I bought the car so not sure on the spoiler , I have just bought the 996 essential companion book ( it's really good ) and there is a very similar one from sportec angled gt2 . Somebody with more knowledge than me ( not hard!) on these May know for sure.it does need the add on loom though to stop the spoiler warning coming on if I ever go over 75 ;-)

Nice car. Welcome to the board. Is it possible to take the fuse out of the spoiler warning or does that fuse govern other parts of the car?

Not tried pulling any fuses yet but have found info on here saying the add on loom ( about £80 I think) is the solution and think that the spoiler check system needs to be functioning to keep all systems in place , I'll get a loom at some point , hope this info is not too far off!
