I need some tech help, im trying to remove my rear coffin arm, its taking me all day.

i have removed the nut from the eccentric bolt, on the inboard side, but that bolt is stuck fast to the arm bush and i cant get it out.

whats the best way, someone mentioned saw in the past but im not sure. i have new bolts and arms so destruction is ok.

i did the fronts no trouble, these rear are a real pita.

help please its gonna take weeks at this rate.

Hammer it out. With a long punch/bar and a mini sledge.

19mm wrench on the bolt and heave hard(rotate)

thanks tried a breaker bar on the 19mm, the bush in the end starts rotating in the rubber. Still the bolt is 'welded' to the metal bush.

Managed to grind through one side of the joint, , not a lot of space to do the other side without damaged the body mounts,

ohh this ones tough






cut one side at least

Reminds me of my muffler brackets. One of my vertical bolts would just spin without coming out. It had "welded" itself to the slot it went through and the whole assembly would spin and therefore the bolt would not come out. I had to just cut it with a dremel. Took forever.

ya I've been through many bushings like that, you really have to wind it to make it free-up....glad you got'er done anyway
