UOA question
OK, I'm not sure if this has been asked before. I know there have been UOA threads, but I don't recall seeing this question.
From Jake's comments I know he has seen where the crank bearings are getting warn out by looking at a UOA, so can you determine the same thing with Bore Scoring if the Aluminium is higher than expected? Or could those particles be too big to get caught in the UOA?
Forget about the comments for a second and just talk about numbers, would getting a UOA at a different company yield different results? Or should they only be slightly different?
