Anyone in the 996 forum headed to Laguna Seca this upcoming weekend for Rennsport Reunion V?

I'll be stuck with my brother and a bunch of 993 air cooled snobs - so would like to break out of that mess if possible and hang with anyone from the 996 crew. My 996 will be 2,300 miles away at home in Indianapolis.

I'm 50/50 at this point. I should be getting the stitches out of my knee on Monday and am considering hitting the road at some point thereafter, hitting many great twisties between Phoenix and Monterey. My plan is to keep it simple with lodging by packing my ultralight camping gear into a small backpack and living like a gypsy for a few nights.

I'll be there Fri to Sun. Driving up PCH Hwy 1 on Thu.
My car will be parked at the PCA 60th Anniversay historical vehicle display area.
Just look for the 40th Anniversary on display there. Definitely the only one on that display...
