$13.5 is one of the lowest advertised prices for a running, non-salvage 996 in the country.

 

They forgot to mention the potential $25k engine repair that might be needed and just the general cost of ownership.

 

It was actually filled with 996 fun facts. I really like the term "crack pipe 996". Very funny article.

 

When the dealers technician put the new 89k mile engine in they got the oil fill pipe a little crooked.

He's entitled to his opinion and the articles entertainment anyway. Why stress about it? I bet this bruh couldnt change the oil. He's just repeating what everyone already knows about the 996 NA. It was a budget build during bad economic times for Porsche.

The positive is that it allows many who couldnt otherwise enjoy the Porsche experience, to now easily afford what can be made into a really nice car. Just perform the fixes and enjoy!
