Serious buyers won't see it too confrontational, those looking to low-ball you might.
Sometimes we build our ads based on prior experiences rather than the way we are in real-life.
Good Luck on your sale,

I wont waste anyone's time that I can promise. Low ballers I am not entertaining serious buyers I will have serious discussion with.
I remember a few years back I was selling one of my cars it was like a drivers Education class. And after the fantasy ride was over I would get an offer 10k below market value.
Just trying to get that non sense out of the way. Seriously though for the right price and the right buyer she will find a new home. Hopefully one she will be cared for in.

Some edits...
" than it is not for you" - Should be "then"
"but let me be perfectly clear" - unnecessry
This language seems condescending. Take the high road and be succinct.
"Price is firm" is much better replacement for much of the verbiage currently used in the ad. Don't let knucklehead prospects dictate the type of seller you project in the ad. You say that you are a nice person so let your ad represent that. I am the type of buy who appreciate that car and the price is okay too. That said, I'd be tempted to play with you just because you come across as a cocky, arrogant seller. Are you the original owner? If yes, then your ad should say so.
Try something like this:
Long-term owner of this immaculate and well-maintained 911 beauty offering it to another owner who will maintain and drive it for many years. Price is firm. Will gladly provide a test ride but no test drive unless buyer has check in hand. Willing to deliver to a location within 200 miles from mine.
There ... give it a go. Assume that Porsche 911 enthusiasts will call and cater to them...not to the knuckleheads.
All the best with the sale. I sold my '96 993 in 2006 and I still feel regret. Make sure that you really will sell it else don't advertise it for sale.

Great ad, gets right to the point, no BS.
You know the car and what it's worth based on condition and market, enough said.
Beautiful example of an air cooled 911, best of luck!!

The ad is too long, the car should sell itself.
I'd spend a few bucks, bring the car back to more of a classic look...lose the wing, front bumper and rims, maybe even the guages, def the steering wheel, tints, red-strip floor mats, and then I'd call Larry Kosilla to buff out the paint and then ask a higher price.
