Bear Mtn. cruise, June 14th
Its something that I've hosted along with several others over the last 8 or so years, since I joined in 07.*
This is just designed to be a fun day of cruising several back roads in and around bear mtn and the surrounding area.
The spring event allows us time to venture to Warwick, ny for a winery trip. This represents the end point to the days events, normally finishing around 12, just in time for the wineries bbq to open so there's lunch, and yes restrooms, on site. The winery in fall charges for parking, it does not during spring and summer, nor does the lot get overly filled.
The starting spot is the normal, rest area by exit 5 on the palisades parkway. The rest spot is accessible from north and southbound lanes.*

I plan to meet at the rest area at 8am, looking to leave around 830 to 845, should allow to miss traffic and any congestion around the mountain.*
