Uhm. No. Its a tiptronic and overpriced. Definitely go for the early 2k turbos. They are probably one the best values in used P cars today. Take your time, haggle hard and there are great deals out there.
The car in the link isn't a tip. At least the one in the photos isn't....
I've had many vettes, they are to common, good car but to common. If I were you I woud jump on that Porsche before its gone. Pretty low miles and its a turbo, you are crazy if you don't lock it up unless somethings wrong with it.
Ya I'm gonna go take a look at itthis weekend lets hope it lives up to my execrations!
That's a well optioned car, it's got the Aerokit which looks great and means you won't have to worry about spoiler Rams leaking. It's priced aggressively esp for a dealership. Do the usual, carfax, and ppi at another Porsche Indy and if checks out bye bye Vette. I've got the same color car and it looks even better in person.
Thanks for the insight man. I'll be checking it out over the weekend. We will see what happens.
Nice car! I would swap a Corvette for that any day. (Don't get me wrong, I like Corvettes too!)
It's a bit older than your Corvette. Do you do any of your own maintenance and repair work? If not, the dealership can get expensive. Since it is a bit older that's just something to consider.
I do most maintenance but I am not a total grease monkey haha
New to the place but I have a 2009 corvette and I'm thinking about trading it in for a 2002 911 turbo. Always wanted a Porsche but had a corvette itch first so I went with it. Had fun with it but always have the Porsche on my mind. What would you guys do? Help me out! Turbo has 38k miles.
Look at the ad . This does not say Turbo !! Says Turbo Kit ! Says Tip , shows stick ??? What is it really , Dealer doesn't know how to properly list what they have???

Exactly why I'm going to look at it. Ad says carerra and it has turbo kit, turbo on the shifter ****, and says turbo on door sills. But who knows somebody could've added all those turbo symbols??? Car fax lists it as a 911 turbo though.
