have had water pump, oil valve separator & clutch replaced over past year - now getting a "whirring" sound at idle or when off the gas. gets quite loud. i have a quick 8 second video but cannot upload.

any suggestions?

 

Serpitine belt replaced too? OE Porsche water pump?

Remove the belt. See if noise goes away. If it does, isolate the noise. Maybe a pulley?

 

Check alternator.

 

check everything driven by the belt . does the sound change when stepping on/off the clutch pedal ?

 

As said-
Remove the serpentine belt and spin each belt accessory- attempt to recreate the sound. Replace the offending item, reinstall serpentine belt.
