Default How do I install these LED Side Markers?

I removed my pumpkins today to see that there are bulbs in there, I just bought these:




How do I install these? I didn't see a place to plug them in.

The standard bulbs are little stubby push in ones with a contact on each side. From your picture, I would guess that the little circuit board with traces is designed to fit into the bulb holder from the original side marker.

so I have them connected now thanks to you guys but they will not pop back in like the previous sidemarkers. I used pliers and tried to get the metal just like the stock ones but still no luck. They want to pop out no matter what I try. Is there something that im missing here and need to try?

I think the prevailing wisdom is to spritz a little WD-40 on them.

did you get them to stick back in?

I just bought the same ones (from ECS tuning) having trouble figuring out how to install them as well. reluctant to take the originals ones out if these wont fit in flush

They won't sit flush - due to the LED heat sink design inside the light the outer lens has to be built to have wider than stock lens in width of it coming out of the car's chassis.
