Yup, I don't consider myself a 'purist', but that's cringeworthy all right..

Actually very cool. Love those gatling gun headlights. Now, let's just hope they don't try to drive it in the snow or they'll feel the wrath of the traditionalists.

Is this a purpose built salt flats top speed competition car? If not, what is the point of the body kit and all of the aero pieces? It is so low to the ground, it obviously can't be used on the normal roads.

Personally I like it. The only nitpick for me would've been to match up the piping on the seats and also the handbrake to the shifter and steering wheel.

Bought some qx45 projectors awhile agoto retrofit into my wife's suv. Now this has me thinking of maybe doing it to my lights instead. Hmmm....

Also engine shots por favor. And also how about any info on your radiators. Been tinkering with the idea of swapping in the turbo units as they are slightly larger, not really because I need it now but just like hp, you can never have enough.

The LS7 has to be beastly in the 996. I want to see some videos of it rowing through the gears.

At the same time... is it just me, or do the rear quarter panels look weird....?

I hate the wheels so much I can't even look at the rest of the car.

Not to sure about the body panels, Love, the idea , but I'm Biased. I got about 150mi on mine LS3/480hp, working out the bugs, this thing is a BEAST and LOTS of fun. Can't wait to get the motor broke in and really let her lose.

I'd make room for it in my garage. Some of the trinkets might be a little over the top, but it's an awesome build.

Kinda surprised there's no wing at all on the back - a crate LS-7 is good for 505HP and 470 torques, that's gonna be a tail-happy car.

Thanks, I painted it with a commercial grade Epoxy paint about $800. It does have some wear marks but all in all it has been great, about 2yrs old and the clean up is super easy. Simple green and a mop.
