So there is a green 996 cab for sale in Cali, it has C4S badges and is "50% off for this week only" they are asking $25,000. It also has the "aero pack"...The car is a 00' or 01' base C2 or C4 (like mine) cab. It doesn't have the aero kit.

I sent an message via Autotrader.

"Nice color, just want to point out, the car isn't a C4S and it does not have the Aero kit. Best of luck with the sale, just wanted to let you know, as it can be seen as false advertising."

I get an email back from the guy...(sorry for the profanity, just copied and pasted).

Edit: my mistake on intitially posting. Thought the ad said 50% off of org price (assumed 50k) but at $12,500 it seems like a good deal. Still do not agree with his response though.

 

They are asking $12,500...which is fair for that car....

 

Certainly worth full asking for looks alone...
