You plan on fixing it or sell it as is? I think either way you will come out ahead since you got it for such a low price. Keep us updated

2005 Turbo S for $37,500, 55K Miles. Weird email under the contact info but a well written ad description. If it’s a fake, it’s a good one.

Fake...Car already sold on Ebay for $57,100

For some reason you have to click this link twice or it takes you to a 2007 911 for sale. Weird.

Just reading the ad you can tell it's a fake, he didn't use his own words obviously. Cut and paste somewhere. For a minute I thought it was a 997 because it is an 05.

It's definitely a fake. Here is the response:

Hi, the car is still available for $37,500. It has 56,000 miles, clean title, no accidents and no money owing on it, and I recently had it, you can see the History Report attached to this email.
I am a pilot and I just got a very good contract with British Airways in London and I need the money for an advance on a house, that's why I am in a hurry to sell it.
I have left the car with a reputable US company, with all the paperwork (title signed by me, keys, service records, etc) so they can handle everything for me.

Let me know if you are interested and here is a link with more pictures: https://photos.app.goo.gl/3yND872VKMZu3I6v2

It is a CAE shifter. Arguably better than the Numeric...

I had one in my Cayman...LOVED It!!

I've spoken to that seller as well. Younger guy that like to "Work on cars" as he put it.
He was asking $24,000. Been for sale for a LONG time.

Factory LSD and a boatload of maintenance.

I get it, color combo may not be for everyone but I kinda like it. Didn't notice the shifter, but swap out the shifter to something normal. Get the interior professionally detailed. For 18K or less would make a great 1st Porsche.

Ditch the mud flaps too. LOL.
