I've been searching for mufflers to do the pse/gundo mod to and I found a set of a full 2004 C4S exhaust for sale. I was wondering if the mufflers would fit in a 1999 Carrera body/engine (a normal narrow body with a stock 3.4L). Would I need to perform any additional modifications to make it fit?

The seller is packaging the mufflers with the whole exhaust (manifolds, catalytics and mufflers), would anything else fit my car and would there be any advantages of doing so?

I didn't want to make another thread to ask another question, but I also wanted to ask if anyone knew of the parts number or where I could order a strut tower cap/cover, my car is missing one.

Search my friend but I'll give you a pass and free answer: yes they will fit.

The tiptronic versions look slightly different but are still interchangeable with the manuals.

I tried searching and couldn't find anything and when looking at pictures I couldn't tell if they were slightly larger.
