Default Help Identifying Coolant Leak

2002 Cab with 53k. A few days ago I got a low coolant message. Was headed to my indy for an oil change (good timing) and was told he topped it up. After drving the car later that day, a good amount of coolant was dripping onto the left muffler. Left a good puddle. The car never ran hot.

Called the indy and said maybe it wqs overfilled and purged the excess coolant.

It's been a few days, and I can smell coolant. After a poke around, it appears that oe of the t-junctions is leaking. Pics attached. I've been trying to identify the part though various suppliers, but have been unable to do so.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Try this link and scroll down for the parts diagram. Maybe #18? Good luck!
