Default Parting out 2003 996 Great engine and transmission

This is the same one that was posted last week by DCP and then taken down.
He has asked me to part it out for him so here it is.

The engine and trans are in great condition 57,250 miles with an IMS upgrade bearing replaced at 41,855 so there are no worries there. This is an immaculate 996 that was always garaged and very well taken care of.

The damage of the car actually happened when no one was in the car, so no Porsche owners were harmed.
The car suffered mostly cosmetic damage to roof A,B,and C pillars, and the Rt rear quarter panel and engine deck lid.

Asking $10,000 for 3.6 liter engine, plus shipping, and fees.
Asking $4000. for 2003 6 speed trans, which does have some improved parts internal from Porsche over the earlier model cars.

Many other great parts available. Litronic headlights, heated seat full leather interior, brake calipers, and much more.

Please PM me here, I will be listing items here and some on Ebay.

I'll be downloading video's of car running and driving, and plan on leaving both engine and trans in car so if eng / trans buyer wants to see it run in person they are able to.
I also have access to lifts as needed if you are in Houston and want to see on lift or go for a ride up and down street.
Lots of other items to remove in the meantime anyway.

PM with questions,
Thank you,
Onefastviking

I bought this car in 2005 when it had 11,000 miles on it. I am happy to answer any questions about its history.

Very light bump from a vehicle while on frwy in traffic and while owner was out of car(996) exchanging info with driver of little rear bump, larger truck either lost control or didn't see him parked on shoulder of frwy and hit the car thus totaling it.

Salvage value was purchased and now car is being parted out.
