Battery going flat if car left for several days
I'd read on someone's post that if they left the car for say 10 days, the battery goes flat. Another poster said his experience was the opposite of that.
I did experience low battery problems and had to keep the car on a slow charger. However, since changing out the ignition switch, these problems have disappeared, and as a bonus, the car "seems" to run smoother.
The improved running might just be me but the low battery problems were real. Had to have been leakage across terminals as the switch was failing.

Always lock the car when you are not with in. It takes less from the battery locked that it does to keep the car unlocked. After 5 days the car goes into a 'sleep mode' where you have to awaken it finally via the key in the door method.
