There's a fellow on the 986forum selling pre-built wiring harnesses for the hack that enables the on board computer. If you read the Pelican article on this hack, they recommend about $35 worth of VW and Porsche parts to make the wiring harness:

For a few bucks more, I just ordered a pre-built harness that'll save me the hassle of pulling connectors apart, using the wrong pins, etc. It hasn't shown up yet (I just ordered it this evening), but judging from the pictures and comments in the thread, I figured it was worth a shot.
