Default Rear parcel shelf weight capacity

Anybody know what the capacity is for the rear seats, when they're in the folded down position? They seem pretty sturdy, but I've never tried to put much weight on them.

I need to move a 100lbs server tomorrow. (Think elongated pizza box). That won't be an issue, right?

Maybe you can place something rigid between the seat backs and the seat bottom to better support the load on the seat back.

I'd say it ought to handle 100lbs easily.

Your problem won't be the 100lbs it will be getting it past the front seat

Thanks guys.

I can turn it sideways, to get it in there. It's probably 4 inches tall, then 17" wide x 40" deep.

Hmm, maybe I should get something for the Ducati motorcycle... "I don't always drive, but when I do, I drive a Porsche."

Right!

Or, Porsche - why drive anything else?
